New Vegas Goodsprings Environment Recreation in Unreal Engine 4

I've been working on a desert themed asset pack recently and decided to see if I could recreate Goodsprings from New Vegas in Unreal Engine 4. Every asset shown was made by me, except for the truck model and the heightmap for the terrain which I found on the nexus here ( https://www.nexusmods.com/newvegas/im... ) and cleaned up in photoshop. I used a lot of tiling textures and kit bashing from a few different projects of mine, including some rock meshes from my Artstation Grand Space Opera environment.

The goal is to make a well optimized, game ready environment. So far I'm managing to maintain a fairly solid 120 fps with my 1070 laptop with everything set to cinematic.

Goodsprings Overview. As you can see I didn't end up finishing it completely due to time constraints.

Here's a flythrough of the map.

Canyonlands Stone Material. I made this in Substance Alchemist using some photos I took at Canyonlands National Park in Moab, Utah

Rustic Wood Material. Just a tiling generic wood material I made based on some old western structures I looked up.

Cracked Dirt Material. I was recently in Canyonlands National Park in Moab, Utah and took a bunch of photos of different surfaces to make materials from. This material is based on some the ground around Wolfe Ranch at the base of Delicate Arch.
